A tire with a price shows its fully fitted price: tire, fitting, balancing and disposal at the location you choose. That price is verified when you book and it is what you pay, with no hidden fees. Tires we cannot price yet say "Get a quote" instead: send the request and local fitters come back with real prices.

Local garages and mobile fitters see the job, your first name and your area. Your email and phone stay private until you accept a quote. Quotes appear on your request page, and you get a reference and a link by email so you can come back any time. Only the business whose quote you accept receives your contact details.

Sending a quote request costs nothing, and nothing is charged. For tyres ordered online you pay securely by card at checkout. The amount is verified on our side when your fitting slot is held, so the price at checkout is the real price.

Mobile fitting means a fitter from the network comes to your home or workplace and fits the tires where the car stands. A workshop visit means you drive to a vetted business near you. Mobile is convenient; workshop is faster for some sizes and brands. Pick whichever fits your day, and where both are possible we ask which you prefer.

Yes. Pick a day within the next three weeks or stay flexible, and tell us whether morning, afternoon or either suits. For tyre orders you choose an available slot at checkout; for quote requests your preference travels with the request so businesses can answer with a real time.

Either enter your license plate and we look it up automatically, or read the five-number code on the sidewall of your current tire (e.g. 205/55R16 91V). Our Tire size explainer page walks through what each number means.

Yes. Choose which wheels need tires and we handle the rest. When one model cannot cover both sizes we build matched sets across models, keeping the season and a comparable quality tier, and we show each size's own price honestly, including when one size needs a quote.

Buddy is the Requex assistant. Talk to it or type: it helps you describe a repair clearly enough for garages to quote, finds tyres in your size, and can line an order up ready for checkout. It records only what you confirm, it never invents prices, and daily usage limits apply.

No password, ever. Your email is your sign-in: we send a six-digit code when it matters, or you can continue with Google or X. Your requests, quotes and orders then live in one place on any device.

Yes. Every business taking Requex work has joined the network and agreed to our service standards, and verified businesses carry the marks on their profile. If a business falls below those standards we remove it.

On the search page, enter your postcode (or tap "Use my location"). If mobile fitting cannot reach you, the page shows that clearly and offers workshop fitting nearby. If neither works yet, we say so honestly rather than taking an order we cannot serve.
